Hey, I’m Aubrey!

Historical dieter and anti-diet dietitian here! My passion is supporting women on their journey to true, lasting food freedom.

I’d be lying if I said it was a linear journey, and that I’m not putting in the work each day, too.

But let me tell you… leading life from a place of food freedom is the most blissful place to be. I no longer obsess over if I “should” or “shouldn’t” eat something, I’m not constantly worrying about food, and I find true joy in every bit. Want to feel that way too? Apply for counseling below.

What to Expect

Once you apply, we’ll hop on for a 15 minute empowerment call to hear about your journey thus far, and what you’re hoping to gain from counseling.

Then, we’ll plan a 1 hour introductory session, to debrief on all things food, nutrition, health, and movement. You’ll leave with tools to get started right away.

We’ll continue to connect at a regularity that fits with your schedule (usually every other week, or monthly for some) for 30 minute follow-up sessions to help you continue your journey.
